In 1950, Liggett & Myers Tobacco Company built a new cigarette factory in Durham, North Carolina, at 701 West Main Street, which was modified in 2016.

The ad on the back is for a full-color two-tone ad for Paul Jones Whiskey, showing a cartoon of a radio show announcer telling a Camel to step back from the mike. “Camel, stay away from my mike!”
