Joy Music Inc. of New York published this sheet music, with lyrics by Sammy Gallop and music by Jerry Livingston. The cover features Mindy Carson. Mindy Carson in 1954 was back in a big way. In late August she recorded “Wake The Town And Tell The People” on Columbia records, bucked the rock ‘n roll tidal wave and was a huge success, one of her biggest ever. The ballad peaked nationally at number 13 and was a solid seller on the charts for more than two months. Music for piano, vocals, ukulele and guitar covers two inside pages and the back page. There are three hole punches along the left edge that is present in photo and a signed name on the cover.
