American showman, theatrical producer and director, best known for his Earl Carroll’s Vanities (1922-48), which were popular revues of songs, dances, and flamboyantly costumed ladies. Music covers four inside pages. Very good condition; a one inch tear on the bottom edge has been repaired with archival document tape to prevent further tearing.
