Music, for piano, vocals, ukulele and guitar, covers three pages. On the back page are photos of Bud Green and Sam H. Stept . A signature is signed in ink on cover that can be seen in photo. A half-inch tear along the right edges have been repaired with archival document tape to prevent further tearing.
