Canon ran this paper advertisement, taken from a 1993 magazine, and is one of a series of ads on endangered animals that offered wildlife information. The ad features their Color Laser Copier. It includes a color photo of the Sand CatMargarita – of the Margarita species – and lists its size, weight, and number in existence at the time of the advertisement. Deserts in North Africa and southwest Asia are stated as the animal’s habitat range. Alain Dragesco is the photographer.
