Canon ran this paper advertisement, taken from a 1993 magazine, and is one of a series of ads on endangered animals that offered wildlife information. The ad features their Color Laser Copier. It includes a color photo of the Babirusa Wild HogBabyrussa – of the Babyrussa species – and lists its size, weight, and number in existence at the time of the advertisement. Tropical forests near water on Sulawesi and nearby islands in the south China Seas are stated as the animal’s habitat range. Jacques Poulard is the photographer.
