Jack Daniel’s Distillery ran this paper advertisement that came from a 1986 magazine and features Old No. 7 Brand Tennessee Whiskey. This ad tells of woodsmen coming from all around with loads of hard maple for Jack Daniel’s. The gateman shown in the photo directs the truck to the rickyard where it’s split, stacked and burned into charcoal.
