These paper advertisements, for Household Finance Corporation, are from 1949 magazines. Ads feature two families: The White family and the Brown family that have many things in common. The most important is they both borrowed money from Household Finance to grow and raise a family – just like my parents who worked hard to pay back the loans plus interest. Ads are dated on the pages August 22, and October 17, 1949.
