The Rep would come to my office in Downtown Fort Myers and would view my files and pick the ones they wanted to close for me. They were the most creative lender that offered the best personal service no one was offering. Soon afterward others did start getting out to the offices to look at files and meet with the brokers. Service matters! This is a historic yet now vintage mortgage industry and financing advertising ad from just 2 years before the financial market crash in 2008. Everyone was offering new programs, tools and options monthly it seemed like. The stock market crash of 2008 occurred on September 29, 2008.
