B.F. Goodrich Company ran this paper advertisement that came from a 1951 magazine. In the 1940’s B.F. Goodrich ran many ads telling of product development and history making ideas. The magazine ad is dated on the page April 23, 1951. The ad states that from June to September the three-ton cylinder of steel, half a block long, spins like a whirling top. It is dehydrating green alfalfa hay into dry cattle feed. A grommet belt was placed into work and reduced noise that kept a Nebraska town up all night and every night. The B.F. Goodrich of Akron, Ohio is mentioned in the ad.
